How To Train Your AI Model

In Job Profile Management, there is an optional text box
Additional Information (Optional)
Write anything else you want to train your Ai Model with, when answering questions it will also use these details. We use the latest GPT model so it is super smart!
How it helps:
-
The AI uses this information to tailor responses during applications.
-
Providing relevant context makes the AI behave more like you in its responses.
-
More personalized input → higher relevance and accuracy in auto-applied job forms.
Examples of what to add:
-
Specific achievements or projects
-
Preferred work style or company culture
-
Certifications or niche expertise
-
Languages or tools you use
Exclusions

Exclusions let you filter out unwanted jobs, companies, or skills.
-
Companies: Avoid jobs from certain organizations
-
Skills: Skip jobs requiring skills you don’t want to highlight
-
Keywords: Exclude jobs with specific phrases in titles or descriptions
How it works:
-
AI scans the job description
-
If any excluded keyword/company/skill appears → skips applying
-
Helps you focus only on relevant opportunities without wasting time
Skills
Add all your skills to the AI profile (programming languages, tools, frameworks, soft skills, certifications, etc.)
Examples: Python, React, Node.js, SQL, Git, Communication, Project Management
Dynamic usage: If a skill is not listed but relevant in a job application, the AI will estimate based on your years of experience and provide a suitable answer
Benefit:
Ensures your applications always reflect your strongest skills
Avoids mismatches between job requirements and your profile

Saved Questions
Saved Questions allow the AI to store responses to frequently asked application questions.
How it works:
When you answer a question during an application, you can save it
AI remembers the context and your preferred style
Over time, you accumulate 20–50 saved questions
Why it’s powerful:
Once a database of saved questions exists, AI can answer automatically without your intervention
You should check and update this regularly to ensure answers stay accurate and aligned with your career goals
Focus on training this part well — it’s the “autopilot mode” that makes Teemo AI fully hands-off

-
Ensures you only see fresh opportunities
